Does Your Facility Deserve Recognition?

Enter the IT Project of the Year Contest

Nominate your health care organization for this prestigious national award. The winning facility* will receive coverage in a feature article detailing the IT project in the August issue of ADVANCE for Health Information Executives

* Vendors and consultants are not eligible for this award. Entries are limited to hospitals or clinics, networked health systems, managed care organizations and physician group practices.

Entry Deadline: May 20

1. Describe the scope and scale of your IT project (e.g., enterprise vs. departmental) and give examples of benefits delivered in 500 words or less.

 

For questions 2 through 7: Explain, in a total of 1,200 words or less, the importance of the project in achieving your organization's goals and how/why your IT project succeeded in each of the following six areas:

JUDGING

A team of judges will evaluate and score the entries. The entry with the highest point total will be deemed the winner.

IMPORTANT TIPS
Be sure to complete the contest form, including contact information for your facility and contact person for your entry.

Substantiate your claims. Include objective measures wherever possible.

Observe the word limits. Entries that exceed the limits will be disqualified.

Observe the deadline. No entries will be accepted after May 20.
