Jim Beinlich, associate CIO and Ibrahim Kobeissi, marketing developer at Corporate Information Services - Penn Medicine/University of Pennsylvania Health System, describe new media technologies used for internal communications throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System. The communications strategy that Beinlich and Kobeissi describe is a multi-channeled approach that uses all forms of media. Because of a widely diverse workforce, the health system is using all forms of media in its communications to reach all of its constituents.
